• Send password reset emails when you request them.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. File Processing — Your Files Stay Private

All PDF and image processing happens entirely in your browser. Your files — Ayushman cards, passport photos, government IDs, and any other documents — are never uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, access, or store your files. This is by design.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication (keeping you logged in). No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics.

5. Data Security

Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt. All connections use HTTPS/SSL. Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@pdfora.in.
