Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once credited. However, if you face a payment issue where money was deducted but wallet was not credited, we will investigate and resolve within 3-5 business days.
2. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails and money is deducted from your bank/UPI, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5-7 business days. If not, contact us with your transaction details.
3. Tool Usage
Once a tool is used and wallet is deducted, we cannot refund for that specific use. If a tool fails to generate the expected output due to a technical error on our side, we will credit the amount back to your wallet.
4. Bonus Credits
Bonus credits received during recharge are promotional and non-refundable. In case of a refund, only the original paid amount will be considered.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@pdfora.in with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for refund. We will respond within 48 hours.
